You accept these terms by using our website and placing orders for custom / personalized goods that are produced to order. - Place an order:
a) Placing an Order: You agree to provide correct and complete information on the customization requests, delivery address, and payment details when placing an order.
b) Order Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email with your order information when we successfully submit your order. This email is just a notification and does not assure that your order will be accepted.
c) Order acceptance: Your order is accepted after we send you a separate email confirming the delivery of your customized goods. Any order we reject or cancel may be done so at our discretion; a refund will be made in such situations.
2. Payment:
The pricing of our products is contingent on several factors including quantity, chosen materials, and specific requirements. Our dedicated team will provide you with a tailored quote based on your unique specifications. Please note that we require a 50% advance payment upon confirmation of the order, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the order.
3. Personalization and Illustration:
a) Artwork Submission: By providing original artwork or designs for your personalized items, you represent and warrant that you are fully authorized to use, reproduce, and change the artwork. You also offer us a non-exclusive, unrestricted, and global license to utilize the artwork in connection with completing your transaction.
b) Artwork Modifications: To provide the best possible result for your custom-made product, we retain the right to make any required changes to the artwork you submit. However, without your permission, we will not change the design’s fundamental elements.
c) Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Upon request, we offer the option to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of your designs. This guarantees that we will not utilize your designs for any other clients or purposes.
d) Product Photography and Marketing Usage: We reserve the right to photograph the personalized products for our own promotional and marketing purposes, including use on our social media platforms and in other promotional materials. Rest assured, any such usage will be conducted in a manner that respects your privacy and confidentiality. If you have any concerns regarding this, please feel free to communicate them to us.
4. Delivery & Shipping:
a) Shipping Times: Estimated shipping and delivery times will be given. Please be aware that these are approximations and might have delays beyond our control.
b) Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be determined by the delivery address.
c) Overseas Shipping: You are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied on overseas purchases.
5. Returns and Refunds:
a) Refund Policy: Because our items are personalized, we typically only give refunds or returns if the item is faulty or the modification materially deviates from the authorized artwork.
b) Defective Products: We will arrange for a replacement if you receive a defective custom-made product and notify us within 7 days after delivery, along with photographic proof.
6. Compensation:
You acknowledge that your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any third party’s rights may give rise to claims, losses, damages, obligations, or expenditures for which you are liable and agree to pay and hold ‘Pin it up’ blameless.
7. Terms and Conditions Modifications:
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any moment without previous notice. Any modifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website.
8. Law and jurisdiction that apply:
The laws shall govern these terms and conditions and be followed in their interpretation. The courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these agreements.
